Powder coating is a dry finish: a fine powder is sprayed on with an electrostatic charge, then cured with heat into a tough, even film. It resists chipping, scratching, corrosion and fading better than most liquid paints, and it contains no solvents.

How a job runs
Send photos, drawings or a description. We'll confirm price, prep and timing before any work starts.
Parts are cleaned and degreased, and the surface is prepared to suit the material and the finish. Good prep is what makes a coating last.
Threads, contact surfaces and anything that must stay bare are masked or plugged, then parts are hung for coating.
Powder is applied electrostatically, so it wraps around edges and into corners for an even film.
Parts are baked in the oven to the powder maker's cure schedule, which melts the powder into a hard, continuous finish.
Finished parts are checked, wrapped where needed and ready for pickup or delivery.
