Who we are

What we collect

  • What you send in our forms: your name, company, phone number, email address, project details, and any photos, drawings, estimates or other files you upload.
  • Spam protection: a one-way scrambled version of your IP address with each submission, and a short-lived record of recent submissions so we can block automated abuse.
  • Server logs: our web host keeps standard logs of requests to the site, such as the page, time and browser type.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer your quote request, review a competitor's estimate, or prepare a Non-Disclosure Agreement, and to stay in touch about that work. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Your files and drawings

Uploaded files are stored privately on our web server, outside the part of the server the public can reach. They're shared only with the MMC staff handling your request, through links that expire. We treat drawings, specifications and customer details as confidential, and we offer NDAs for extra protection.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions and files for as long as we need them to quote and complete your work and to keep normal business records. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete anything you've sent at any time.

Services we rely on

  • Our web hosting and email providers store and deliver form submissions.
  • The map on our contact page is loaded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies. Google's privacy policy applies to it.
  • Where it's switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is being sent by a person rather than a bot.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent for us to use it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Stored in your browser

If you choose light or dark mode, the site remembers that choice in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
